MeiG Smart Technology (03268) announced that, in connection with the company's proposed joint capital contribution with Zhaoge Venture Capital (Shenzhen) Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Suzhou Xingyuan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to establish MeiG Optical Core (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., the joint venture company recently completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures with the industrial and commercial authorities and obtained its Business License issued by the Shanghai Minhang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
