The group recorded revenue of HK$30.984 million, a year-on-year decrease of 8.32%; loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$480 million, compared with a profit of HK$9.046 million in the same period last year; loss per share was 15.7 HK cents.

The Group recorded revenue of HK$30.984 million, a year-on-year decrease of 8.32%; loss attributable to owners of the Company amounted to HK$480 million, compared with a profit of HK$9.046 million in the same period last year; loss per share was 15.7 HK cents.
In the 2026 financial year, the Company recorded a loss of approximately HK$482 million, primarily attributable to a net decrease in the fair value of the Group's investment properties of approximately HK$494 million; an impairment loss on properties held for sale of approximately HK$34.502 million; and an impairment loss on non-current assets classified as held for sale of approximately HK$22.379 million. The Board wishes to emphasize that the above factors are non-cash in nature.
