TBKS HLDGS (01960) Announces Annual Results for the Year Ended 30 June 2026, Revenue of RM75.398 Million, Down 22.6% YoY; Loss Attributable to Owners of the Company Widens 16.3% YoY to RM32.953 Million; Basic Loss Per Share of 3.30 sen. The deterioration in the financial performance for the fiscal year was primarily due to the combined effect of (i) a decrease in the Group's revenue during the fiscal year, which led to a decrease in gross profit of approximately RM4.9 million, (ii) an increase in net impairment losses (net of reversals) under the expected credit loss model for trade receivables, contract assets, other receivables and bank balances from approximately RM17.4 million for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2025 to RM21.0 million for the current fiscal year, (iii) impairment losses of approximately RM1.0 million on property, plant and equipment and right-of-use assets (2025: nil), (iv) interest on promissory notes of approximately RM5.6 million (2025: nil), and (v) the recognition of a gain on disposal of land of approximately RM6.8 million.
