CHERISH SUN (01094) announced that Crowe (HK) CPA Limited has resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from 29 September 2026, as the Company intended not to engage Crowe to audit the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the eighteen months ended 30 September 2026 (the 2026 Audit) for corporate governance reasons, and Crowe agreed to resign for such reasons.
CHERISH SUN (01094) announced that Crowe (HK) CPA Limited has resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from 29 September 2026, as the Company, for corporate governance reasons, intended not to appoint Crowe to audit the Group's consolidated financial statements for the eighteen months ended 30 September 2026 (the 2026 Audit), and Crowe agreed to resign on such grounds.
Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has proposed to appoint Kaolin CPA Limited as the Company's new auditor, to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting, subject to approval by the shareholders at the Company's extraordinary general meeting.
