SHANGHAI XNG (03666): Gu Tongshan resigns as executive director

SHANGHAI XNG (03666) announced that with effect from September 28, 2026: Mr. Gu Tongshan has resigned as an executive director, a member of the remuneration committee of the board of directors, and the chairman of each of the nomination committee and the risk management committee of the board of directors, as well as the company's authorized representative appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, due to his intention to devote more time to other personal affairs. Ms. Gu Lina has resigned as a non-executive director of the board of directors due to her intention to devote more time to other personal affairs. Ms. Chen Shimin has resigned as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors, and a member of each of the remuneration committee, the nomination committee and the risk management committee, due to her intention to devote more time to other personal affairs.
