EASY SMART GP (02442) Announces Annual Results with a Loss of HK$30.558 Million for the Year, a Year-on-Year Increase of 6319.75%

EASY SMART GP (02442) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Group recorded revenue of HK$209 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 33.48%; loss for the year amounted to HK$30.558 million, a year-on-year increase of 6319.75%; basic loss per share was 7.49 HK cents. The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the completion or near completion of several large-scale public projects, including the Hong Kong Airport Passenger Terminal, public infrastructure and facility projects involving the Kai Tak Sports Park, and modern training facilities supporting Hong Kong's aviation and maritime industries, which led to a decrease in revenue from public projects. In addition, the decrease in the number of new projects awarded during the year also contributed to the decline in revenue.
