YUK WING GP(01536) announced that Ms. Chan Wing Ting has resigned from the following positions: company secretary; authorized representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and authorized representative of the Company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Chow Wing Hang has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and process agent, all with effect from 28 September 2026.
