UMP (00722) announces its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026. The group recorded revenue of HK$717 million, down 1.4% year-on-year; loss attributable to owners of the company of HK$74.639 million, compared with a profit of HK$31.44 million in the same period last year; loss per share of 9.42 HK cents, with a proposed final dividend of 1.4 HK cents per share. The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decline in the volume of immigration medical examinations.
