Talkweb Information System (002261.SZ) announced the draft of its 2026 stock option and restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 16 million shares of equity to incentive recipients, accounting for 1.27% of the company's total share capital as of the date of this plan's announcement. Of this, 14.4 million shares of equity (restricted stock and stock options) will be granted for the first time, and a total of 1.6 million shares of equity (restricted stock and stock options) will be reserved for grant. The exercise price of the granted stock options (including the reserved grant portion) is RMB 25.92 per unit, and the grant price of the restricted stock (including the reserved grant portion) is RMB 12.96 per share. The effective period of this plan shall run from the date of the first grant or listing of the stock options and restricted stock until the date when all stock options are exercised or cancelled and all restricted stock is released from lock-up or repurchased and cancelled, with a maximum duration not exceeding 60 months.
