Transaction volumes in core regions remained high, but month-on-month trends diverged: declines in East China and Northwest China were relatively moderate, while pullbacks in Central South China and North China widened somewhat; only Southwest China achieved slight positive growth, while Northeast China shifted from previously flat performance to a clear decline. The national market as a whole continued to face pressure, with total transaction volume continuing to contract from the previous month.
