On September 18, the CSRC issued the "Reply on Approving the Registration of the Initial Public Offering of Aotuo Technology Co., Ltd." It is reported that Aotuo Technology plans to list on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with Huatai as its sponsor institution, and plans to raise 525 million yuan.
According to the prospectus, the company is a national-level specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), among which medium and large PLCs are the company's core products. The company is among the earliest batch of science and technology innovation enterprises in China engaged in the independent development of medium and large PLCs. Since its establishment nearly twenty years ago, it has been engaged in the localization research of PLCs. It has now developed two major product series, the NA general-purpose series and the NJ independently controllable series, achieving independent controllability of software and hardware.
