Liaoning Port (02880): Liu Cheng nominated for election as executive director
Liaoning Port (02880) announced that Mr. Liu Cheng (Mr. Liu) has been nominated for election as an executive director of the eighth board of directors, and Dr. Yin Weimin (Dr. Yin) has been nominated for election as an independent non-executive director of the eighth board of directors. Their terms of office shall commence from the date of approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting and end upon the expiry of the term of the eighth board of directors.
