CHEUK NANG HOLD (00131): Wong Chun Shek Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

CHEUK NANG HOLD (00131) announced that the following matters take effect from 17 September 2026: Mr. Li Dingyao has resigned as a member of the audit committee but remains as a non-executive director; Mr. Lin Jiawei has been re-designated from an independent non-executive director to a non-executive director; Mr. Lin has resigned as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee; Mr. Wong Chun Shek has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee; and Councillor Joephy Chan Wing Yan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee.
