The Company will apply, or procure others to apply, for the listing of the convertible bonds on the Vienna MTF operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange (or such other internationally recognized stock exchange as the Company may determine from time to time). The Company will also apply, or procure others to apply, for the listing of the shares to be issued upon conversion of the convertible bonds on the Stock Exchange.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds to refinance existing debts (including funding the simultaneous repurchase), replenish working capital, and for general corporate purposes.
