On September 17, 2026, the company, the interim administrator, and financial investors National Trust Co., Ltd. (representing the "National Trust - Derun Chengchang No. 5 Reorganization Financial Investment Collective Fund Trust Plan"), Suizhou Hongjin Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and others separately signed the "Reorganization Investment Agreement." The financial investors subscribed to the increased shares in cash at a subscription price of 5.3 yuan per share; among them, National Trust subscribed 47,080,100 shares, with total reorganization investment funds of 250 million yuan, and Suizhou Hongjin subscribed 40,400,000 shares, with total reorganization investment funds of 214 million yuan.
