Neutech Group (09616) announced that on September 17, 2026 (after trading hours), (i) Dalian College, a consolidated affiliated entity of the Company, entered into a wealth management agreement A with Industrial Bank, pursuant to which Dalian College agreed to subscribe for wealth management products in the amount of RMB 80 million from Industrial Bank using its own idle funds; and (ii) Dalian College entered into a wealth management agreement B with China Guangfa Bank, pursuant to which Dalian College agreed to subscribe for wealth management products in the amount of RMB 50 million from China Guangfa Bank using its own idle funds.
