Wuhan, China-based cross-border freight and logistics service provider Wodo (WODO.US) on Wednesday increased the proposed size of its upcoming IPO. The Wuhan, China-based company now plans to offer 6 million shares at a price range of $5 to $6, raising $33 million. The company had previously filed for 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the adjusted range, the offering would raise 340% more than previously expected, giving it a market value of $190 million. Wodo provides comprehensive cross-border logistics solutions, with a strategic focus on cross-border freight services connecting China with global markets. The company operates through subsidiaries located in major cities including Shanghai, Wuhan, and Shenzhen. Founded in 2020, Wodo generated $57 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker WODO. In its latest filing, the company also removed the underwriters for the deal; it had previously listed Craft Capital Management as the sole bookrunner.
