ESPRIT HOLDINGS (00330) announces that Mr. Kwong Kai Shing has been appointed as an Executive Director, Managing Director, and member of the Executive Committee of the Board, with effect from September 16, 2026. Mr. Wright Bradley Stephen has been re-designated from Acting Chairman of the Board to Chairman of the Board, with effect from September 16, 2026. Ms. Li Hui has resigned as an Executive Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Board as she wishes to focus on other duties, with effect from September 16, 2026. Pursuant to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, Mr. Kwong has been appointed to replace Ms. Li as the authorized representative of the Company, with effect from September 16, 2026.
