GME GROUP (08188) subsidiary Chun Kit Hong Kong has been granted HK$23 million in bank financing.
GME GROUP (08188) announced that Chun Kit Engineering Limited (Chun Kit Hong Kong), an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as borrower, and a licensed bank in Hong Kong (the Bank), as lender, have entered into a facility letter (the Facility Letter), pursuant to which the Bank has agreed to provide a revolving loan and import invoice financing facility in the amount of HK$23 million (the Bank Facility) in respect of a construction contract of Chun Kit Hong Kong. The Bank Facility is available from 16 September 2026 and has no fixed term. The Bank Facility is subject to, among other things, the Bank's periodic review and overriding right of repayment on demand, before it can be drawn down.
