EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505) announced that on September 16, 2026, the tenant EDA Cloud GmbH (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a lease agreement with the landlord Henning Conle GmbH & Co. KG for the lease of the property located in Dortmund, Germany. The property is located at Weienburger Street 69/71, 44145 Dortmund, Germany, with a area of approximately 13,709.53 square meters. The Board believes that entering into the lease agreement provides an opportunity for the Group to enhance its global logistics network and layout, and is in line with the overall strategic development direction of the Group to become a leading global AI logistics technology services group. The property under the lease agreement will be used as the Company's self-operated warehouse in Germany.
