Sanbo Hospital Management (301293.SZ)'s controlling shareholder and actual controller intend to donate part of the company's shares without compensation.
Sanbo Hospital Management (301293.SZ) announced that, in order to support the educational development of Capital Medical University, fund talent cultivation, education and teaching, medical research, academic exchanges, and university development, reward excellence and assist students, the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, Mr. Zhang Yang, Mr. Yu Chunjiang, Mr. Shi Xiang'en, and Mr. Luan Guoming (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Joint Actual Controllers"), signed a Donation Agreement with the Capital Medical University Education Foundation on September 16, 2026. The Joint Actual Controllers intend to donate, in three batches, shares of the company they hold to the Capital Medical University Education Foundation free of charge, with a total market value of RMB 100 million. All donated shares are unrestricted tradable shares.
