UNITED STRENGTH (02337) announced that (i) Mr. Zhang Zhifeng has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Company's audit committee and nomination committee, and the chairman of the remuneration committee; and (ii) Mr. Zhang Shaoyan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Company's audit committee and nomination committee, and the chairman of the remuneration committee, both with effect from September 16, 2026.
