According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 27, Tinci Materials has once again submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with JPMorgan, CITIC Securities, and GF Securities as its joint sponsors.
Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (002709.SZ) is pursuing a Hong Kong IPO, with reports suggesting it aims to raise approximately US$500 million to US$700 million (approximately HK$3.92 billion to HK$5.49 billion). According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 27, Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology has once again submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with JPMorgan, CITIC SEC, and GF SEC as its joint sponsors. In September, Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, confirming its plan to issue no more than 413 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Main Board.
According to the prospectus, the company is a globally leading new energy and advanced materials company driven by technological innovation, primarily focused on providing comprehensive solutions for lithium-ion battery materials, daily chemical materials, and specialty chemicals to corporate clients worldwide.
The company is a global leader in the electrolyte sector, distinguished by its vertical integration capabilities and innovative technologies, integrating production across the complete value chain of key electrolyte raw materials, including LiPF6, LiFSI, additives, and lithium carbonate. Leveraging its R&D platforms and engineering advantages, as well as cross-selling capabilities based on long-term customer relationships, the company has successfully expanded its business into cathode materials (including iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate) and adhesives for lithium batteries (including PACK structural adhesives and binders), forming comprehensive solutions for lithium-ion battery materials. It has also positioned itself in advanced materials widely applicable in emerging fields such as intelligent driving, eVTOL, semiconductors, cutting-edge engineering, and AI thermal management. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 14.71 billion, a year-on-year increase of 109.28%. It achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of RMB 2.861 billion, a year-on-year increase of 967.91%. It achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 2.807 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1096.69%. Basic earnings per share were RMB 1.41.
