Miramar Hotel (00071) announced that, in relation to the formation of a joint venture to acquire a 50% beneficial interest in the property, the Board is pleased to announce that completion took place on 15 September 2026. Upon completion, the joint venture company (50%-owned by the Company) has indirectly become the sole beneficial owner of the property.
