CISI FIN (06058) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, purchased bonds with an aggregate principal amount of US$14.674 million (equivalent to approximately HK$115 million) in the open market during the period from January 21, 2026 to September 14, 2026, at a total consideration of approximately US$15.6228 million (equivalent to approximately HK$123 million).
