CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical (300765.SZ) announced that SYS6010, developed by its controlling subsidiary CSPC PHARMA Jushi Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jushi Biopharmaceutical"), has been included in the Breakthrough Therapy Designation list by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration. SYS6010 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), developed by Jushi Biopharmaceutical. It is composed of a humanized anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. The drug can specifically bind to EGFR receptors on the surface of tumor cells, and after internalization, release the cytotoxic payload within the cells, thereby exerting its anti-tumor effect.
