According to media reports, Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu will deliver the Policy Address tomorrow (16th), which will propose measures to remove obstacles for enterprises setting up in the Northern Metropolis, and include proactive initiatives to strengthen the innovation hub, research work, and technology application. On the same day, he will also announce Hong Kong's first Five-Year Plan.
