Zhuhai Zhongfu (000659.SZ) announced that, due to production and operational needs, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongfu (Bangkok) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongfu Bangkok), the Chengdu Zhongfu Preform Co., Ltd. Guanghan Branch (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Preform), and the Chongqing Lefu Packaging Co., Ltd. Shuangfu Branch (hereinafter referred to as Chongqing Packaging) intend to purchase equipment such as chillers, molds, cables, and steel structure platform installation renovations, as well as five-layer blow film machines and film packaging machines. The total contract amount is expected to not exceed 16.3234 million yuan.
