Yuneng Holdings (001896.SZ) announced that the company intends to use its own funds to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lushan Yuneng Pumped Storage Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lushan Pumped Storage"), by 340 million yuan. Upon completion of the capital increase, Lushan Pumped Storage's registered capital will rise from 960 million yuan to 1.3 billion yuan. This capital increase will effectively ensure the orderly advancement of the 1300 MW project construction of the Lushan Pumped Storage Power Station and provide strong support for the company's continuous development, aligning with the company's overall development strategy.
