Yuneng Holding (001896.SZ) announced that in order to further focus on its primary responsibilities and core business, its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanyang Yahekou Power Generation Co., Ltd. plans to transfer its 19.0476% equity stake in Henan Chuangtou Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Henan Chuangtou") to its related party Henan Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. The transfer price is 114 million yuan.
