China International Capital Corporation Limited (03908) announced that it will publicly issue corporate bonds (the sixth issue) targeted at professional investors in 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "this issue of bonds"). This issue consists of two varieties. Variety one is referred to as "2611," and variety two is referred to as "2612." The issuance amount for variety one is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the issuance amount for variety two is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the total issuance amount for both varieties in this issue is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan). Each bond has a par value of 100 yuan, and the issuance price is 100 yuan per bond.
CICC (03908) announced that China International Capital Corporation Limited is publicly issuing corporate bonds (Phase VI) aimed at professional investors for the first issuance under the registration document for 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "this bond issuance"). This bond issuance is divided into two varieties. Variety one is referred to as "26 CICC 11", and variety two is referred to as "26 CICC 12". Among them, the issuance amount for variety one does not exceed 6 billion yuan (inclusive of 6 billion yuan); the issuance amount for variety two does not exceed 6 billion yuan (inclusive of 6 billion yuan); the total issuance for both varieties in this bond issuance does not exceed 6 billion yuan (inclusive of 6 billion yuan). Each bond has a face value of 100 yuan, with an issuance price of 100 yuan per bond. The inquiry range for the coupon rate of variety one in this bond issuance is 1.10%-2.10% (inclusive of lower and upper limits), and the inquiry range for the coupon rate of variety two is 1.20%-2.20% (inclusive of lower and upper limits). The coupon rate for this bond issuance will be determined by the issuer and the lead underwriter based on the results of the offline inquiry book within the rate inquiry range, according to relevant national regulations.
