Polaris (603605.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Polaris (Hainan) Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Polaris Hainan), plans to cooperate with Shanghai Zhengxin Valley Investment Management Co., Ltd. to subscribe for limited partnership shares in Ningbo Zhixing Yueneng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). A partnership agreement was signed on September 7, 2026, with a total committed capital of the fund amounting to 3.1 billion yuan, and an initial subscribed capital of 920 million yuan, of which Polaris Hainan intends to invest 100 million yuan as a limited partner. It is reported that the fund primarily invests directly or indirectly in application-related investment targets in various fields such as technology manufacturing, biomedicine, technology, and consumer sectors, using equity and other methods permitted by applicable laws. The purpose of participating in this investment is to leverage the investment management expertise of professional investment institutions to bring more opportunities and support for the companys sustainable development and to help the company acquire new growth points.
