HING YIP HLDGS (00132) subsidiary signs financing lease for several specified heating equipment and facilities.

HING YIP HLDGS (00132) announced that on September 8, 2026, its subsidiary Green Gold Leasing entered into a financial leasing agreement with a lessee for a price of RMB 30 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 35.04 million) to acquire ownership of assets from the lessee. These assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of six years. The assets include several specified heating equipment and facilities located in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. The execution of the financial leasing and associated documents is part of the ordinary and normal course of business for Green Gold Leasing and is expected to provide stable income and cash flow to the Group. The board considers that the financial leasing and associated documents, as well as the transactions to be conducted thereunder, are made on fair and normal commercial terms and are fair, reasonable, and in the overall best interests of the Group and its shareholders.
