Henric Group (03638) announced that, due to the failure to pass ordinary resolution item 2(a) regarding the re-election of Mr. Zhang Liyun as executive director at the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Zhang Liyun has resigned as executive director, effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
HUNLICAR GROUP (03638) announced that, since the ordinary resolution item 2(a) regarding the reelection of Mr. Zhang Lieyun as an executive director was not passed at the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Zhang Lieyun has resigned from his position as executive director, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders.
