Aeston (02715) announced that it has completed a related transaction for the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Nanjing Aeston Kuizhuo Technology Co., Ltd. (Aeston Kuizhuo). The board is pleased to announce that the acquisition was completed on September 2, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the equity acquisition agreement. As of the date of this announcement, Aeston Kuizhuo has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance has been incorporated into the groups financial statements.
