The company's board of directors has been informed by Dr. Wang Qinghua, the Group's founder, Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, General Manager, and a major shareholder of the company; Ms. Jiang Fan, an Executive Director, shareholder of Hong Kong Yiyun Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., and Limited Partner of the company's employee incentive platform Guangzhou Nopa Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Guangzhou Nopa); Ms. Xu Wenjie, an Executive Director and Limited Partner of Guangzhou Nopa; and Mr. Huang Bing, an Executive Director and Limited Partner of Guangzhou Nopa: Due to their strong confidence in the future prospects and long-term development of the company, Dr. Wang, Ms. Jiang, Ms. Xu, and Mr. Huang have each voluntarily committed not to sell any shares or interests in the company that they directly or indirectly own for a period of six months starting from August 15, 2026 (the date on which the lock-up period for the company's controlling shareholder expires following the global offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong).
