Hong Kong's Financial Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po attended the opening ceremony of the "Co-creation and Co-investment Industry Acceleration Summit" hosted by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. He stated that Hong Kong's exports of electronic products and semiconductors are experiencing strong growth, and there is a vigorous demand in the capital market for the listing of artificial intelligence companies.

Hong Kong is an international financial center that can attract global talent and is also a rapidly rising innovation hub, creating a "complementary advantage" with cities in the Greater Bay Area. The cities in the Greater Bay Area possess strong capabilities in advanced manufacturing, commercialization, and scaling. According to relevant data from the World Intellectual Property Organization, the "Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou" region is a globally leading innovation cluster. He mentioned that the organization will announce the new rankings tomorrow and expressed his firm confidence and anticipation.
Chairperson of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Dr. Sunny Chai, stated in her speech that conceiving innovative ideas is never easy, but the real challenge lies in how to bring technology to market and achieve scalability, emphasizing that the Science Park can provide platforms and bridges.
She also mentioned that this summit concentrates the "three-party ecosystem" of innovators, investors, and industry leaders onto the same platform, functioning as an efficient commercialization engine. The company's next phase goal is to further enhance the quality of innovation and technology enterprises, expand networks, and deepen cooperation throughout the innovation journey.
The first two days of the summit are held at the Hong Kong Science Park, covering topics such as global investment trends in Shenzhen Kaifa Technology, strategies for technology enterprises going global, and introductions to various scenarios. It will then move to Dongguan and Hangzhou, including visits to local innovation and technology incubation centers and pilot bases.
