Tongrentang Technology (01666) announced that its subsidiary, Beijing Tongrentang Guoyao Co., Ltd. (Tongrentang Guoyao), has received the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Registration Certificate" issued by the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Administration, allowing the sale of "Sanzi Yangqin Granules [Tongrentang]" in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
TONG REN TANG (01666) announced that its subsidiary Beijing TONGRENTANGCM Co., Ltd. (TONGRENTANGCM) has received the "Chinese Patent Medicine Registration Certificate" issued by the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Council, permitting the sale of "Sanzi Yangqin Granules [Beijing Tongrentang]" in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
The functions and indications of "Sanzi Yangqin Granules [Beijing Tongrentang]" are to warm the lungs, resolve phlegm, and relieve Qi stagnation and food accumulation. It is used for symptoms of phlegm obstruction and Qi stagnation, including cough, wheezing, abundant phlegm, chest fullness, poor appetite and digestion, white greasy tongue coating, and slippery pulse. As of the date of this announcement, the group has invested approximately HKD 800,000 (unaudited) in the development of "Sanzi Yangqin Granules [Beijing Tongrentang]," and the product has not yet been launched for sale in the market.
