TONGRENTANGCM (03613) announced that on August 28, 2026, the company entered into a framework agreement for e-commerce service cooperation with Beijing Tongrentang Digital Technology. The Digital Technology Group will provide e-commerce services to the members of our group. The term of the e-commerce service cooperation framework agreement is from August 28, 2026, to December 31, 2028. The directors believe that the Digital Technology Group has a professional e-commerce operations team and rich operational experience.
