In the first half of 2026, the company's product portfolio achieved a qualitative leap in its development stages: the first HER2 ADC drug, paclitaxel trastuzumab, received acceptance for its BLA, and the B7-H3 ADC drug, elfetabart drozuntecan, initiated its first Phase 3 clinical trial. The combination of ADC with next-generation immunotherapy (IO) strategies obtained verification of frontline clinical data, while the company began expanding the economic rights of the B7-H3 ADC project in the United States. Following the reporting period, the company entered into a collaboration and licensing agreement with Genentech. As of June 30, 2026, the company's clinical trials were underway in around 20 countries, enrolling over 3,500 patients, with approximately 50% from the United States, the European Union, Australia, and other regions outside of China.
The company's progress in the first half of 2026 focused on four areas: advancing core products into critical stages and registration; collaborating with BioNTech to promote the ADC + next-generation IO combination strategy; continuously driving platform-driven innovation in oncology and autoimmune diseases; and enhancing the value and coverage of the company's global partnership landscape. In addition to these achievements, the company implemented a share buyback program, demonstrating its firm confidence in the long-term value of the company.
