DAH SING's interim performance for 2026 is impressive. For the six-month period ending June 30, net interest income increased by 6%, driven by a strong net interest margin. The net interest margin rose by 12 basis points year-on-year to 2.44%, primarily due to improvements in the ratios of current and savings accounts, which effectively managed funding costs. Non-interest income grew by 2%, mainly attributed to a 29% increase in net service fees and commission income.
