The Board announced that Mr. Zeng Zhaoxue will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company effective from September 1, 2026.
Following Mr. Lu's resignation and Mr. Zeng's appointment, the Board further announced that, effective from September 1, 2026, (i) Mr. Chen Chuanren, the independent non-executive director of the company, will be appointed as the chairman of the audit committee; and (ii) Mr. Zeng will be appointed as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
