CITIC Limited (00267) announced that the following changes will take effect from August 26, 2026: Mr. Takizawa Nobuyoshi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee; and Mr. Tagawa Riiichi has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee.
