SIHUAN PHARM (00460) released its performance results for the six months ending June 30, 2026, during which the group achieved total revenue of RMB 1.161 billion, an increase of 1.3% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 225 million, a year-on-year increase of 119%; and basic earnings per share were 2.49 cents. The announcement stated that the changes in revenue were primarily driven by the medical aesthetics and innovative pharmaceutical businesses. During the period, revenue from the medical aesthetics business was approximately RMB 693 million (for the six months ending June 30, 2025: RMB 585 million), representing a year-on-year increase of about 18.5%. The medical aesthetics business has continued to develop steadily. The group's medical aesthetics segment continues to benefit from the stable growth of its core product, LetibotulinumtoxinA (Botulinum toxin), as well as the ongoing expansion of regenerative aesthetic products (including Youth Needle and Girl Needle) and functional aesthetic products, which have driven revenue growth in related businesses, making medical aesthetics an important source of profits for the group. Revenue from innovative drugs and other pharmaceuticals was approximately RMB 261 million (for the six months ending June 30, 2025: RMB 58.2 million), a year-on-year increase of about 349.1%. The commercialization process of innovative drugs continues to advance. The commercialization and internationalization of several approved products have made good progress, resulting in a significant increase in combined revenue, with a slight rise in net profit compared to the net loss in the previous period. In the first half of 2026, the group continues to focus on the medical aesthetics + innovative drugs dual-engine strategy for medium- to long-term development. Various business segments have achieved multiple milestone results, with overall operational fundamentals continuing to improve, profit optimization logic being realized, and simultaneous advancement in AI research and development enablement, global layout, and multi-level capital operations, further solidifying the foundation for medium- to long-term value growth.
