The announcement stated that the change in operating revenue was mainly due to an increase in water inflow from Tianjin Plant No. 4, leading to higher sewage treatment income; as well as an increase in income from the construction business of sewage treatment, cooling, heating, and reclaimed water supporting projects in line with engineering progress.
