In news, on August 24, VIVA GOODS released its interim results for 2026, reporting revenue of HKD 5.119 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.4%; profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 269 million, up 48.1% year-on-year; adjusted EBITDA reached HKD 878 million, an increase of 43.9% year-on-year; basic earnings per share stood at HKD 0.023.
The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was primarily due to the rise in revenue from the multi-brand footwear and apparel segment, particularly from the Clarks and Haglfs businesses. The significant growth in profit attributable to shareholders and adjusted EBITDA was mainly due to: product and pricing adjustments, optimization of product categories and reasonable pricing in key markets such as the United States and the United Kingdom to enhance profitability; improving global operational efficiency and reshaping the global cost structure, streamlining core processes to reduce management costs at channel and corporate levels.
