China Sandi (00910) announced that Pan Weigang has resigned as the company secretary, and Wang Wei has been appointed as the company secretary, succeeding Pan Weigang in this role. According to the Securities Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, Article 3.06(2), Wang Wei will serve as the alternative authorized representative for Guo Jiadi and Wang Chao starting from August 20, 2026.
