AMASSE CAPITAL (08168) announced that Ms. Huang Zhien has submitted her resignation as an independent non-executive director due to other personal matters and health issues, effective from August 19, 2026. Mr. Deng Yaoki and Mr. Song Kunxiang have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from August 19, 2026. From August 19, 2026, (1) Ms. Huang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Board Nomination Committee. (2) Mr. Deng has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. (3) Mr. Song has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
