CHINA ORAL IND (08406) has completed the issuance of a total of 328 million subscription shares, raising approximately 18.29 million HKD.

CHINA ORAL IND(08406) announced that all conditions stated in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription matter was completed on August 19, 2026. A total of 328 million subscription shares have been successfully allotted and issued to the subscribers at an issue price of HKD 0.056 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription are expected to be approximately HKD 18.29 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for the following purposes: (i) approximately 60% of the net proceeds (equating to about HKD 10.97 million) will be used to strengthen financial resources to support the daily operations and business development of the Group's existing core businesses, including marketing, inventory and equipment procurement, expanding sales channels and customer networks, and hiring staff; and (ii) approximately 40% of the net proceeds (equating to about HKD 7.32 million) will be used as general working capital for the Group, including employee salaries, rent, legal and professional fees, and daily expenses.
