ARTINI HLDG-OLD (00789) announced that Mr. Ma Shiqin (Mr. Ma) has resigned as an independent non-executive director to focus on other business commitments, effective from August 17, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Ma will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee, or a member of the nomination committee, effective from August 17, 2026. Mr. Hu Xiaofan (Mr. Hu) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from August 17, 2026.
